One simple fee: 1% of your online sales
You pay 1% of the sales Mercatura brings you each month. The fee is never less than R1 000 and never more than R10 000. There is no large setup fee.
What you would pay
The fee depends on how much you sell online in a month. These examples follow the rule above.

If you sell nothing online in a month, you pay the minimum. If you sell a lot, the fee stops growing at R10 000, so your best months are not punished.

What is not included
Payment processing fees are separate, and money from your sales goes straight into your own account. Some services are optional and priced separately: a website and domain, business email, WhatsApp, marketing, integrations with your accounting software, and custom work. The core offer stays simple, and you take extras only when they are useful.
Founding suppliers
We are choosing a small group of founding suppliers in and around Cape Town. Founding suppliers pay no platform fees for their first 6 months. Places are limited and applying does not guarantee a place.
This pricing is built for small and medium-sized industrial suppliers.
